If you apply to become a mentor before you have a platform account, additional data is collected through the mentor application form. That process is described in our Mentor Applicant Privacy Notice.

We use personal data to:

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing courses and accounts you request); consent (cookie preferences, mentor application data processing, and agreement signatures where required); and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving our services, and maintaining audit records for legal agreements), balanced against your rights.

The public mentor application collects résumé, government ID, LinkedIn verification, and Mentor Agreement signatures before submit. That processing is governed by the Mentor Applicant Privacy Notice, which explains retention (including anonymization of rejected or withdrawn applications after 12 months), screening access, and applicant rights.

Payments in India are processed by Razorpay. When you pay, Razorpay collects payment method details according to its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation, order identifiers, and amounts needed to activate your enrollments and issue receipts.

We share data only as needed to operate the platform:

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect learners, mentors, staff, and the integrity of the platform.

We retain account, enrollment, payment, and agreement records while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. Mentor batch agreement records remain associated with the relevant batch for audit purposes.

If you delete your account (see section 9), we remove your profile and linked learner records where deletion is permitted, and remove student and mentor agreement audit rows tied to your user account. Some anonymized or legally required records may be retained where deletion would conflict with law or active obligations (for example completed payment history retained for accounting).

You may also contact contact@academy.codevensiva.com to request access, correction, restriction, or erasure where applicable law provides those rights. Mentor applicants who have not yet created a platform account should email from their application address and include their reference ID.

Cookie preferences can be updated when we present the cookie banner or by clearing site data in your browser.

We use HTTPS, access controls, authentication on sensitive actions, rate limits, and industry-standard hashing for passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong unique password and keep your sign-in details confidential.

Our infrastructure and providers may process data in India and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Our services are intended for adults. Mentor applicants must be at least 18 years old. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated version date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy for ongoing processing.
