If your application is approved, your data becomes part of your mentor account records and is kept according to our mentor and platform policies.

If your application is rejected or withdrawn, we retain identifiable data for up to 12 months so we can respond to enquiries, enforce re-application rules, and maintain an audit trail. After that period, rejected and withdrawn applications are anonymized.
