Trials, batches, checkout, agreements, privacy, and learning access.
Your trial is linked to the batch you select. It starts when that batch begins (not only on the day you enroll). Trial length follows the batch schedule—typically two to five days based on how many class days fall in a week for that batch.
Yes. Select an open batch before starting a free trial or using Buy now (which adds the course to your cart).
You need a personal account. Sign in or create an account first—enrollments, trials, and payments are tied to you and the batch you chose.
The Student Services Agreement explains how trials, payments, learning access, and conduct work on the platform. You may be asked to read and sign it when you create an account, start a trial, or pay for courses. Enter your full legal name and type the same name as your digital signature. Your signed date is kept on file. If you already signed during registration, checkout may show your existing signature instead of asking again.
Yes. Use Buy now on each course (with its batch selected) to add lines to your cart, then complete one payment at checkout. If you still need to accept the current Student Agreement, you will read and sign it in the order summary before paying.
Checkout shows the course amount, a platform fee (2% of the course amount), GST (18% on the platform fee), and the total payable.
When you add a course to your cart, the launch-offer coupon is usually applied automatically. On the cart page you can review the discount, change the code and tap Apply, or tap Clear to pay the full course price. Each line shows the course price, any coupon savings, and the final course fee before platform fee and tax.
Payments are in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay. You can use the payment options Razorpay offers at checkout, such as UPI, cards, or net banking where available.
Course purchases are final after successful payment, as described in the Student Agreement. Review course details, batch timings, and fees before you pay.
You may be able to unenroll before the batch starts if you have not purchased the course yet. Purchased enrollments cannot be self-unenrolled from the dashboard.
You cannot hold two overlapping batches at the same time—if class days and daily times clash with another course you are already taking, or with a batch you teach as a mentor. Pick a batch with a different schedule or contact support for help.
After you meet progress requirements and the batch is marked complete, you can download your certificate as a PDF from your learning view. You can also verify it publicly with the certificate number.
Open Dashboard, choose your course, and continue learning. Live session links and materials appear there when your trial or purchase gives you access.
No. A completed batch is closed to new trials and purchases. Choose another open batch for the same course if one is listed, or contact support.
Purchased courses show Continue learning and a Purchased label instead of Buy now. Use Dashboard or Continue learning on the course card.
The course is listed but no batch schedules are published yet. Trials and purchases open once batches are available. If it stays that way for a long time, contact support.
If your batch dates or class times change, you receive an in-app notification and an email with the updated schedule. A calendar file may be attached so you can refresh events in your calendar app.
No. Courses you teach are for your learners only. You can take trials or purchase other mentors' courses and use Dashboard for those enrollments.
When you have at least one learner enrollment, Dashboard appears in the header or account menu. My courses, upcoming sessions, and certificates for those enrollments are there, separate from the mentor portal.
Your receipt and payment confirmation email show the paid date and time in your browser's timezone at checkout (for example, IST if you are in India).
Sign in, open the Privacy policy page from the footer, and use Export my data or Delete my account. Export includes your profile, enrollments, payments, notifications, and agreement signature records linked to your account, where applicable.
Use Apply to mentor from the site footer or Careers page. The form has several steps: verify your email and LinkedIn profile, share your experience, upload your résumé and government ID, then review and sign the Mentor Services Agreement before you submit. Track your application status with the email link we send you. Approved mentors complete mentor onboarding and sign the Mentor Agreement again for each new batch they teach.
Email contact@academy.codevensiva.com from the address on your account. Include your course or batch name if your question is about enrollment, payments, or schedules.
