Students cannot evaluate a course from a title alone. We require document screening and a short interview so only working professionals with relevant stack experience reach the mentor portal.
Public mentor profiles list credentials, skills, and courses—searchable and linked from each catalog card.
We expect mentors to keep their day jobs and teach fixed batch schedules. That keeps examples current—production incidents, hiring bar, and team practices—not textbook-only scenarios.
If you have 3–15 years of experience and can commit to live sessions, apply via our careers page. We acknowledge applications within 48 hours and publish your profile after your first course goes live.
